Operations Director Job Description

The Operations Director will lead and oversee all operational aspects of the MICE division, ensuring the flawless planning and delivery of high-quality events and corporate programs in Delhi.

This is a leadership role that requires strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Manage end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.
  • Lead the operations team, providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years in MICE operations leadership.

Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and reporting tools.
