Job Title: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time remote contract role that requires strong expertise in EPM/Finance functional consulting.

Job Description:

This position involves configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, FCCS, and ARCS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as an end-user, power user, or administrator of leading Enterprise Performance Management tools.

The successful consultant will provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules, including Planning, PBCS, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide major decisions.
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and lead workshops.
  • Drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience as end-user, power user, or admin of any leading EPM tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Strong understanding and hands-on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
