Talent500 is hiring a Senior Engineer to design, configure and deliver planning solutions across Capex, Opex, Workforce/Headcount and Long-Range Planning. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of Oracle EPM experience and strong skills in calculation rules, forms and Smart View.

About the Role
  • Configure EPBCS applications for various modules.
  • Design and implement calculation rules, forms and driver-based models.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to translate planning requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain key project artifacts: Configuration documents, design specs and test scripts.
  • Support integrations with ERP and EPM systems through Data Management and OIC.

Key Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of finance planning cycles (AOP, rolling forecasts, long-range planning and monthly/quarterly forecasts).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
