  • Pricing Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their requirements.
  • Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities with the team to acquire large and big accounts.
  • Problem Resolution: Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Territory Analysis: Analyze markets' potential, competition, and track sales reports.
  • Collections and DSO Days: Drive collection collection and keep DSO days under control.
  • Team Development: Develop team members for future roles by providing effective training and coaching.
