Epsilon Group is a leading industrial conglomerate driving the global carbon black and battery materials industry with a vision to decarbonize economies. To achieve this, we are seeking a skilled professional for our Corporate Strategy role.

This position will involve developing & implementing the company's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's vision. You will oversee the execution of strategic projects & initiatives, coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Developing business cases and proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis to inform strategic decisions.

For this role, you should have a strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Expertise in financial modeling and business case creation is also required. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey insights to senior stakeholders are essential.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BE | BTech in Chemical Engineering.
  • MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, etc.).
  • 15 to 17 years of experience in strategic roles within the chemical or allied sectors.
  • Prior exposure to business development, corporate planning, or strategy consulting.
