Drive Water Purification Solutions

We are looking for a seasoned water systems expert to lead our engineering and design efforts.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative water purification solutions that impact millions worldwide.

Our pioneering biological drinking water purification technology, BioGreen, has been selected by the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources due to its sustainability, cost-efficiency, and long-term quality.

You will oversee the development of detailed system plans, P&IDs, layouts, and process workflows, ensuring compliance with local conditions, regulatory requirements, and performance targets.

  • Develop comprehensive system designs with input from HQ.
  • Manage procurement, supplier engagement, and assembly partner coordination for high-quality execution and cost control.
  • SUPERVISE installation, commissioning, and technical handover of systems to operations teams or clients.
  • Own operations and maintenance strategies, developing SOPs and troubleshooting guidelines.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in engineering, designing, and delivering water or process systems at scale.
  • Strong background in process engineering, hydraulics, filtration, pumps, and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, model, and optimize complex water treatment processes.
  • Experience in managing technical suppliers, fabrication partners, and field installation teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent project planning, documentation, and execution skills.
  • Fluent in English (professional level); Hindi or other Indian languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Water Process Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
