About This Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary engineering leader to spearhead the development of our pioneering agentic AI platform.

  • Lead the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows, enabling real-time decision-making and improved outcomes.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing, distributed engineering team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver solutions into real-world hospital environments, ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
  • Drive technical execution across short-term priorities and long-term strategic initiatives, aligning with company goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering, with a proven track record of designing and scaling complex systems and APIs.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration, with a solid understanding of cloud computing platforms and containerization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
