WFM Strategist Role

As a WFM Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective workforce planning strategies to drive business results. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert insights to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term, mid-term, and short-term capacity plans to ensure optimal utilization of the workforce.
  • Forecast call volumes, workloads, FTE requirements, and staffing needs to inform hiring and onboarding decisions.
  • Design efficient schedules that balance service delivery, employee preferences, and cost, while ensuring optimal utilization of the workforce across different lines of business.
  • Implement scheduling best practices to manage shrinkage, adherence, and occupancy.
  • Oversee intraday management, real-time monitoring, and SLA adherence to ensure smooth operations during spikes and downtime.
  • Drive corrective actions to maintain service levels, including overtime, cross-skilling, and load balancing.
  • Generate and present performance dashboards, staffing reports, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Provide actionable insights into workforce trends, attrition, absenteeism, and utilization to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Lead and mentor a team of WFM analysts and real-time specialists to build capability and drive business impact.
