About This Senior Leadership Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a team of highly skilled professionals working in Financial Reporting, Finance Operations, Business Finance, Treasury Management and Taxation.

You will have the chance to work closely with some of the sharpest minds from the finance industry, collaborating on complex challenges.

The role involves strategic business planning, measurement and control, financial modelling, analysis and problem root causing, as well as business & stakeholder management and decision making.

  • Business Planning, measurement and control
  • Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans and support execution in a controlled risk and reward-based manner.
  • Provide relevant financial support to enable effective planning while applying moderate budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Advise on modelling, planning and forecasting with reference to cost, time and quality.
  • Financial Modelling, analysis and problem root causing
  • Adapt market or industry best practices as applicable for the organization. Train teams and build organizational capability across all knowledge areas.
  • Reference external benchmarks to provide context for business performance. Review and analyse allocated resources and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and demonstrate financial models using simulation tools, business case development, financial analysis , scenario planning.
  • Business & Stakeholder management and Decision making
  • Demonstrate ability to gain commitment and buy-in for strategies and programmes by demonstrating their impact on organisational results.
  • Conduct organisation wide presentations to ensure alignment with business strategies and generate call to action.
  • Shape information to management with insightful external and internal perspectives and influence how business risks and opportunities are addressed.

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of Business Finance experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance required.
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills essential.
  • Experience of leading a team necessary.
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders essential.
