We're seeking an expert in finance and accounting to lead our team's efforts. As a key member of our organization, you'll drive the adoption of innovative technologies like the Genpact AP Suite and contribute to the development of agentic AI products.

This role involves strategic planning, sales presentations, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for creating comprehensive blueprints for new business initiatives and providing consultancy services for Finance Shared Service Centers setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex finance & accounting blueprints with multiple countries/regions in scope.
  • Develop RFX submissions for new Customers.
  • Provide sound business rationale for improving the business case for non-qualified opportunities as a result of due diligence expertise.
  • Lead business meetings with potential new clients for Genpact as part of Sales cycle.
  • As an architect of finance & accounting solutions, once Genpact has been down selected, lead work through due diligence to implement the plan and support transition.
  • Refine Accounts Payable (AP) process data repository as part of Knowledge Management framework: industry specific nuances, best practices, case studies creation and release, benchmarking.
  • Focus on managing the project engagement specifically balancing organization profit and long term client opportunity.
  • Co-ordinate with Genpact teams on various project management related activities.
  • Review solutioning projects delivered by Practice/Re-engineering/ Operations SMEs.
  • Develop Genpact product offering in line with the industry changes – Optimum solution offering & digital offerings to support the solution design.
  • Work closely with Global counterparts from all Genpact regions, to attain standardization & improvement in the product offering.
  • Leads Digital SEP projects implementation.
  • Keep current on IFRS, GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and other industry specific policies and regulations.
  • Perform regular evaluations of team members' performance, identify training requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum years of experience in a relevant field and relevant companies (preferably BPO/SSC environment), out of which solid experience in people & project management.
  • Strong project and people management experience.
