Technical Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Expert to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to resolve complex technical issues and provide expert-level support.

As a critical thinker, you will participate in technical discussions with multi-functional teams to create an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, working environments, and better cybersecurity.

You will enjoy networking with key contacts outside your own area of expertise, detailing difficult technical issues to both non-technical and technical professionals.

  • Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
  • Handle escalations from front line and Tier 2 teams
  • Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed
  • Perform fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Review technical documentation for training materials, marketing collateral, manuals, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineering on bug fixing and feature requests
  • Lead case swarming and training sessions for frontline teams
