Job Summary:

  • Lead the management of talent learning programs, ensuring seamless logistics and operations planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality learning programs that meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, provide regular communications, and analyze feedback to inform program improvements.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance program efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets that align with organizational goals.
  • Provide administrative support for virtual and in-person learning programs, including logistics and operational coordination.
  • Engage stakeholders, track attendance, and measure program outcomes to inform future development.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Ops / Learning Operations / Admin Support, preferably with exposure to team management.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday LMS (reporting, session creation, attendance tracking) and strong knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint for data analysis & reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
