Performance Testing Professional

At our organization, we are committed to delivering exceptional performance testing services that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, strategizing, and executing comprehensive performance testing initiatives using a variety of tools and techniques. Your expertise in JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana will enable you to analyze complex performance data and identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in performance testing, monitoring, and analysis, with excellent reporting skills. Additionally, they should possess hands-on experience with SAR, vmstat, iostat, netstat, perfmon, and other performance optimization tools. Strong communication and analytical skills are also essential for success in this role.

As a Performance Testing Professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance testing into our project delivery pipeline. Your ability to lead a team of performance testers and collaborate with stakeholders will be critical in driving business outcomes and meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and report on performance testing initiatives using JMeter, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and Grafana
2. Analyze complex performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in performance testing and monitoring
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance testing into project delivery pipelines
5. Lead a team of performance testers to drive business outcomes and meet performance goals
