Job Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled performance tester to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using Jmeter.
  • Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing performance metrics.
  • Identify performance issues and work with development teams to resolve them.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Lead performance testing delivery: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on performance testing best practices & own the delivery responsibility of the team.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Jmeter for performance testing.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
