We are looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant for our Advanced Capabilities practice to own the delivery of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to define their needs and expectations, managing ongoing communications and adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct detailed requirement analysis, scope projects, and synchronize team activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients and team members on the functionality and maintenance of new systems and solutions.
  • Build capabilities and provide expert guidance for development related to ServiceNow scripting to the team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and capabilities, leveraging this knowledge to enhance service offerings.
  • Track and ensure required certifications and deployments are met to maintain the Elite Partnership status of INRY with ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IT or related fields with ServiceNow domain.
  • Experienced in implementing at least three different products for enterprises in ServiceNow such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM.
  • Experience working on ServiceNow platform capabilities, large-scale Service Portals or Employee Centers, Automation, or Integrations.
