Job Opportunity:

Lead Technology Specialist

A key member of our Information Management function, you will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring the integrity and robustness of our CMDB data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data by identifying and resolving data inconsistencies.
  • Establishing relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure.
  • Performing data cleansing and deduplication activities.
  • Managing the CMDB module, improving data representation accuracy.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators for CMDB health.

Required Skills:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in an IT industry, with a strong focus on ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and HAM modules.
  • 5 years' ServiceNow experience with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • 5 years' experience in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, SAM, and HAM Module.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong technical expertise in external data source integrations, ITOM discovery, OT Module, and a solid understanding of SAM Module.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong alignment with architect and engineering teams on delivery standards.
  • ITIL certification and strong experience of ITIL processes are highly desirable.
