Overview:
The Branch Leader is a key position responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, driving growth, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- To recruit, train, motivate, and retain high-performing team members
- To ensure smooth branch operations and achieve revenue and profitability targets
- To maintain individual and team performance in line with established norms
- To guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational guidelines
- To develop client relationships and acquire new business opportunities
- To generate revenue through various products and services
- To promote specific products or services as designated
- To maintain and enhance existing customer relationships
Requirements:
Candidates should possess at least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of team management experience. A degree in any field is required, and postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
