Job Title: Associate

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our team.

About the Role:

The Associate will be responsible for leading discussions with venue owners, handling contract negotiations, and presenting effectively to express ideas and information to others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of their local market, including its trends and what drives it, and be able to prioritize and manage a group of accounts effectively to benefit the business.

The Associate will also work on contracts with Venue partners, provide contract-related issue resolution both internally and externally, maintain all contract-related correspondence and documentation, and conduct weekly and monthly competitive analyses for key markets and action opportunities.

The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account management role, proficiency in English and Hindi, and negotiation and problem-solving skills. They will also have affinity/experience within e-travel and/or hotel/travel industry, be proactive, have a sense of responsibility, and be a team player who can work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead discussions with venue owners to identify opportunities for collaboration

Requirements:
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account management role
