To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Prior experience working at a fast-growing startup or on a product-led growth initiative
  • A preference for working in-person with a dynamic team
  • The ability to take ownership of deliverables and handle ambiguity
  • Enthusiasm for AI and staying updated with the latest toolset

You'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing reusable front-end systems for complex web applications
  • Collaborating with Product and Tech teams to develop user-facing products
  • Mentoring teammates and setting high technical standards
  • Working on voice applications, which is a plus

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Four years of experience as a software developer with ReactJS, ES6+, and Typescript proficiency
  • Strong HTML, CSS, Javascript skills, and experience with user-facing software
  • Solid web design sensibility and understanding of web stack protocols
  • Excellent coding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities

The interview process involves three rounds: AI-Recruiter Tine, Hiring Manager - logical reasoning and skills development, and the Founder's round.

The final decision will be made within two weeks.
