Job Title: Infrastructure Reliability Engineer

This role focuses on proactively identifying, preventing, and resolving IT infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance. As an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems that meet business requirements.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks to detect potential issues before they impact the business.">
  • Implement alerting logic to notify teams of emerging problems and work with them to resolve these issues promptly.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address repetitive incidents, develop solutions, and implement process improvements.">
  • Analyze system logs, network traffic, and other data sources to diagnose root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.">
  • Design and implement automation scripts to streamline tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve overall system reliability.">
  • Ensure adherence to established tool standards and best practices for configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.">
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to critical services.">
">Required Skills:">
  • ">
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in relevant areas such as DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.">
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud offerings like AWS, including components like EC2, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and databases like Redis, RDS, and DynamoDB.">
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise toolsets like Grafana, Instana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, and others.">
  • Exposure to networking concepts like SSH, FTP, TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, CDN, etc.">
  • Experience in scripting languages like bash, Python, or Perl.">
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including tools like BitBucket and Jenkins.">
  • Familiarity with agile software development principles, including using JIRA.">
  • Experience working in high-availability production environments.">
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.">
  • Aptitude to be a good team player and the desire to learn and implement new technologies.">

  • Experience building REST APIs, API integrations, and web services.">
  • Familiarity with messaging and streaming frameworks like RabbitMQ/Kafka.">
  • Knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, or similar technologies.">
