Job Title : Senior Product Analyst

Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to support our dynamic product management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing market trends, evaluating product performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Data Analysis & Reporting :
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to guide product strategy.
  • Market Research :
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Product Development Support :
    • Collaborate with product managers and development teams to define product requirements and specifications.
    • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and product documentation.
    • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Project Management :
    • Support project management activities, including timeline tracking, task management, and coordination with stakeholders.
    • Assist in managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Communication & Collaboration :
    • Presentation of findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
    • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications :

  • Education :
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience :
    • 3+ years of experience in a product/business analyst or similar role.
    • Experience with data analysis, market research, and product management tools.
  • Technical Skills :
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio, R, or Python.
    • Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
    • Experience with market research tools and techniques.
    • Understanding of product lifecycle management and product development processes.
    • Knowledge of BigQuery, GTM, GA4 is a must.
    • Understanding of product funnels, traffic sources.
    • Ability to perform A/B testing, cohort analysis, retention analysis, heat mapping Firebase, Hypothesis Testing.
  • Product Skills :
    • Ability to generate insights, draw user behavior patterns, identify funnel drops through data analysis, and suggest improvements.
  • Soft Skills :
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
