IT Infrastructure Manager Position

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to ensure the seamless functionality of our systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Software Operations Management: Manage and maintain ODIN software operations, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.
  • Network Security and Administration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, and mail servers to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
  • Server Management: Handle server management, including installation, upgrades, and performance optimization to meet business needs.
  • Virtualization Technologies: Implement and manage virtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware) to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Data Security and Backup: Evaluate and enhance data backup, recovery, and security protocols to protect against potential threats.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee IT compliance with organizational and regulatory standards to minimize risk and ensure best practices.
  • Network Support: Provide support for network infrastructure to ensure smooth connectivity across the organization.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues to prevent downtime and improve user experience.
Requirements:
  • ODIN Software Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in ODIN software, with expertise in its configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Network Management: Expertise in Firewall, Router, Switches, and Mail Server management, with proficiency in their setup and maintenance.
  • Virtualization and Server Management: Proficiency in Server Management and Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), with knowledge of their benefits and applications.
  • Data Backup and Recovery: Familiarity with data backup solutions and disaster recovery processes, with understanding of their importance in maintaining business continuity.
  • IT Compliance and Security: Knowledge of IT compliance and security standards, with ability to apply them in a real-world context.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
