A challenging leadership role is available to lead a team in credit management.

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement effective credit policies and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking or non-banking financial companies, with a proven track record of managing large portfolios and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures
  • Manage and mitigate risk across multiple asset classes
  • Lead geographically spread teams and foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of relevant industry experience
  • Strong understanding of credit policy/processes in lending/lease products
  • Risk Professional with 15+ years of experience
  • Exposure to new age underwriting/assessment tools and technology
  • Sound understanding of technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management

  • Lending norms

Candidate Profile:

  • CA or MBA Finance from a reputable business school
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
