Key Performance Tester Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Key Performance Tester.

  • Design, Maintain and Execute Performance Test Suites: Utilize industry-standard tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner and NeoLoad to design, maintain and execute comprehensive performance test suites.
  • Conduct Load Testing, Stress Testing and Scalability Testing: Identify performance issues through load testing, stress testing and scalability testing, and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development and QA teams to improve performance and collaborate on project delivery.
  • Develop and Maintain Test Data Generation Scripts: Create and maintain test data generation scripts, build test scenarios and prepare test reports.
  • Understand Product Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and conduct performance testing activities.
