The Revenue Operations function at Ideagen is responsible for driving growth and efficiency across our organization. As a Business Operations Specialist - Quote Management, you will play a key role in supporting our sales teams by streamlining their administrative tasks and improving quoting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align quotes, Salesforce, and order forms to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Enforce sales processes and policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage complex quotes and provide guidance on best practices to the sales team.
  • Work closely with SOP to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce and CPQ systems.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to sales management on quoting and process performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales support, Salesforce, or CPQ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Zuora CPQ, and Office 365.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
