Statutory Audit Professional

We are seeking a Semi qualified CA with experience in Statutory Audit during Articleship.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop audit planning documentation addressing scope, audit objective, resource plan and reporting date.
  2. Successfully complete assigned audits, addressing all audit objectives, conducting client meetings as required, controlling, monitoring and reporting on audit progress, reviewing work papers while complying with internal standards for documentation.
  3. Monitor the assignment for improving efficiency, manage audit in relation to time and resource budget.
  4. Check that all findings and issues are documented and perform closedown procedures.
  5. Gather and compile information and data.
  • Key Skills Required:
  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report-writing skills.
  2. Develops and maintains strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  3. Ability to deal well with ambiguity and constant change as well as working independently.
  4. Solid understanding of INDAS and the Companies Act.
  5. Conceptual thinking, visualization, and decision-making based on analysis and logical reasoning.

This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
