A high-performing Cisco Contact Center Engineer is needed to spearhead the design, deployment and support of cutting-edge contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IVR self-service scripting, Nuance TTS/STT integration and Cisco UCCE & CUCM expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact Center Solution Design: Develop and implement scalable contact center architectures to meet business objectives.
  • IVR Self-Service Scripting: Create and maintain complex IVR scripts using Cisco and third-party platforms.
  • Nuance TTS/STT Integration: Configure and troubleshoot Nuance TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) functionality for enhanced IVR experiences.
  • Cisco UCCE & CUCM Expertise: Provide expert-level support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
  • Technical Skills & Qualifications:
    • Cisco UCCE, CUCM, Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways, IVR Scripting: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience.
    • Expert-Level UCCE Call Flow Design: Advanced knowledge of call flow design, routing scripts, CVP IVR, and peripheral applications.
    • Cisco Cube Configuration: Strong understanding of Cisco Cube configuration, SIP/ISDN protocols, dial plans, and device pool management.
    • Nuance TTS/STT Integration: Proven track record in Nuance TTS/STT integration, testing, and troubleshooting.
