**Senior UX Designer Position**

We are seeking a seasoned designer to spearhead end-to-end product experiences. As part of our nimble design team, you will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to drive user-centered design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and experience in human-centred design/user experience design.
  • The ability to facilitate design sprints, workshops, and user research to gain deep insights into customers' needs.
  • Collaboration across teams and influencing product decisions to deliver high-quality designs.
  • Clear articulation of design decisions based on insights and backed by data.
  • Strong visual communication skills, including sketching, storyboarding, customer journey mapping, building wireframes, and working prototypes.
  • A passion for high-quality design execution and fit and finish.
  • A solid sense of ownership, defending not just the design output but taking responsibility for the product outcome.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in Fintech.
  • A degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
