Compliance Screening Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation, configuration and enhancement of advanced screening solutions within SAP systems.

The role focuses on enabling fraud detection, risk mitigation and compliance monitoring through expert analysis and scenario design in SAP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP BIS to detect high-risk transactions in SAP systems.
  • Design, develop and manage business rules, thresholds and alerts in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define risk indicators, mitigation workflows and system performance optimization strategies.
  • Provide training, documentation and ongoing support for screening solutions.
  • Possess deep knowledge of risk management, internal control frameworks, fraud detection and compliance processes within SAP systems.
  • Mandatory experience working in regulated industries or internal audits with a strong understanding of data models and architecture.

Requirements:

  • 7-9 years of experience in SAP BIS (Business Integrity Screening).
  • Experience in compliance projects is highly valued.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.
