The role of Site Architect at a prominent organization involves bringing architectural designs to life on-site. Close collaboration with design studios and execution teams ensures seamless translation of designs into reality.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Execution: Ensure adherence to architectural drawings, interior layouts, and material specifications on-site.
- Construction Oversight: Monitor and guide construction teams to maintain fidelity to the design intent across civil, architectural, and finishing works.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and raise flags on quality or design deviations.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with internal design teams, project managers, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
