The successful candidate will oversee the implementation and streamlining of the HR Business Partner model within their assigned cluster. This role requires a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring seamless execution of Talent Management, Performance Management System, Employee Engagement, and Compliance initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and operationalize the HR Business Partner framework to drive business results.
- Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs and goals.
- Drive Performance Management System completion, job rotations, and Performance Improvement Plan processes.
- Oversight of employee engagement activities including town halls, grievance redressal, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, labor, and benefits.
