Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance daily operational tasks with long-term strategic projects
  • Drive technology adoption through training and mentoring
  • Lead and transform a team of Application Operations to SREs
  • Ensure continuity and knowledge sharing within the team through documentation and Gen AI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and support
  • Oversee daily operations and manage shifts effectively
Stability Focus
  • Build a SRE practice that improves system stability and minimizes business impact
  • Address system vulnerabilities and SPOFs proactively
  • Refactor monolithic apps and databases to containerized services
Reliability Focus
  • Monitor system performance and create strategies for improvement
  • Reduce incidents and MTTR
  • Develop disaster recovery plans for business continuity
Engineering Focus
  • Involvement in Architecture and Development design reviews
  • Continuously automate tasks and simplify processes
