As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of operations consultants and ensuring customer and partner delight.
You will coordinate with design and production teams to keep them aligned with committed timelines. You will also manage internal stakeholders such as finance, vendor, and installer teams to ensure partners receive the required support to meet customer promised timelines and quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architects, and interior consultants to achieve maximum project reach
- Lead a team of operations consultants to ensure customer and partner delight
- Coordinate with design and production teams to keep them aligned with committed timelines
- Manage internal stakeholders such as finance, vendor, and installer teams
Requirements:
- NIT/BITS/IIT/MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred
- 5-7 years of work experience in startups or operations in similar industries
- People management skills with direct team reporting experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills
- Structured thought process and strong analytical ability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
