Job Requirements
  • Full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Manager
  • Responsibilities include managing sales activities within the assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams for client satisfaction
  • Regular travel within the region to meet clients and attend industry events
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Experience in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Technical knowledge of Pharmaceutical Machinery
  • Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, and related industries
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools is an advantage
  • Able to travel regularly within the region
