We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in a key advisory role. As a member of our social sustainability practice, you will play a critical part in helping organisations navigate the complexities of environmental, social and economic considerations.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing sustainability risks, identifying opportunities and driving positive social and environmental impact. You will work closely with clients to develop strategies that enhance their social impact and provide guidance and support to help them integrate sustainable and socially responsible practices into their operations.

You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from strategy development to implementation and monitoring. Your expertise will be valued and utilised to drive business growth and improve social outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sustainability risks and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop strategies to enhance social impact and drive positive change
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to help them integrate sustainable and socially responsible practices into their operations
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in transformative governance through citizen-centric service delivery
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex assignments
  • Strong personal and professional presence
