We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive our sustainability agenda in India.

This role will be the driving force behind local execution, ensuring that global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented in the Indian context.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the advancement of our environmental and social impact initiatives in India.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Adapting and executing global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within India.
  • Designing and delivering initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Developing annual plans for India, setting measurable local targets, and tracking progress.
  • Acting as the primary coordinator for India-based employee champion/resource groups (environmental, health & well-being, diversity & belonging, and DEI-focused colleague groups).
  • Sharing local insights, successes, and challenges with global teams to help refine overall strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of India's sustainability landscape and a proven track record of delivering results-driven programs.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR, or DEI as well as employee engagement programs.
  • Cultural awareness and strong understanding of India's sustainability landscape.
  • Ability to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
  • Strong program and project management skills, with proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
