As a Career Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards informed decisions regarding their higher education and career pathways.

About the Role:
  • Provide individual and group guidance to students on career choices, university applications, and academic planning.
  • Support students in building strong profiles by guiding them on academic enrichment, extracurricular involvement, and community service.
  • Offer academic guidance in alignment with IGCSE curriculum standards and student aspirations.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars for students and parents on career awareness, university admissions, and evolving career trends.
  • Liaise with universities and educational bodies to provide updated information on admission requirements and scholarship opportunities.
  • Lead and manage school club activities, ensuring active participation and holistic development of students.
  • Act as the Coordinator for IAYP, driving student engagement and completion of the award program.
  • Serve as a member of the Discipline Committee, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Maintain detailed student records and prepare reports to track progress, achievements, and application outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound knowledge of college and university admission processes, familiarity with career development theories and practices, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
