Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting fundamentals, excellent Excel skills, and prior experience in general ledger management.

The role focuses on revenue recognition and accounting, daily and monthly bank reconciliations, and supporting Month-End Close processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP/applicable accounting standards.
  • Prepare and submit general ledger entries with supporting documentation.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving variances.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support audit processes by preparing required schedules and documentation.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Establish, maintain, and monitor appropriate financial policies, controls, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years proven working experience in accounting domain.
  • Strong technology skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct is beneficial.
  • Prior experience working with third-party clients is advantageous.

This role requires flexibility in working hours across UK/US time zones.
