Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

At our organization, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Generalist to support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job contracts, and performance reviews;
  • Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant databases, and conducting initial candidate screenings;
  • Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring all required documentation is completed;
  • Payroll Support: Help with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee time and attendance records;
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans;
  • HR Policy Implementation: Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures;
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and issues, providing information and support as needed;
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices;
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops;
  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate HR events, such as job fairs, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs;
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and update data in HR systems and prepare regular HR reports and statistics.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with previous experience in an HR role or administrative position preferred.

Key Competencies:

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with HR software and databases, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, permanent position with standard working hours and some flexibility as required.
