**Job Title: Visa Filing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visa Application Processing**:

- **Document Management**:

- Ensure all documentation complies with current immigration laws and company policies.
- **Client and Employee Communication**:

- Communicate with employees, clients, and external stakeholders regarding visa requirements and status updates.
- Provide guidance and support on visa-related inquiries and issues.
- **Compliance and Regulation**:

- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations that affect visa processes.
- Ensure compliance with both local and international visa regulations and company policies.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and coordinate appointments with consulates and embassies.
- Assist with travel arrangements related to visa processing.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Provide solutions and alternative options when faced with visa rejections or complications.

**Requirements**:

- **Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
- Previous experience in visa processing or immigration services is preferred.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of visa and immigration regulations.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
