Senior STEM Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior STEM Educator to lead our capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.

  • Develop high-quality workshops and courses for teachers in STEM with progressive pedagogical and adult learning methodologies.
  • Prepare program plans in STEM and provide inputs for the preparation of the academic calendar.
  • Coordinate with other subject teams for planning and executing the STEM programs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor teachers on effective pedagogy and instructional strategies.
  • Conduct training need assessments, baseline and end-line assessments for checking the effectiveness of the program.
  • Conceptualize, design and conduct research/s on regular basis to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the program modules and resources.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in capacity-building programs in Teacher Education.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in content development, teaching, and research is essential.
