Job Overview

The STEM Content Specialist role is a vital position in our organization, requiring an individual with expertise in teaching and content creation. This job entails developing high-quality data for AI models, ensuring that the output is accurate and coherent.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for creating solutions to complex problems, integrating your knowledge of various subjects, and evaluating the effectiveness of AI-generated responses.

  • Develop detailed explanations and step-by-step derivations for STEM problems across multiple difficulty levels.
  • Ensure all content adheres to established quality rubrics, style guides, and pedagogical standards.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating AI-generated responses for correctness and coherence.
  • Providing clear feedback to the AI model, identifying areas for improvement in its reasoning and presentation.

This role requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as exceptional communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a STEM field and experience in teaching, tutoring, or content writing.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in a STEM field from a premier institution.
  • Deep subject expertise across a range of topics.
  • Teaching/content creation experience (7+ years).
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven track record of producing top 100 rankers in competitive exams.
  • Expertise in developing high-quality, original problems of JEE Advanced and/or Olympiad level and/or GATE.
