Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
  • Write & create customized emails proficiently
  • Ensure cross-team functionality
  • Handle data collection, sorting, and checking efficiently
  • Create meeting minutes accurately
  • Regularly follow up with clients over calls
  • Follow instructions from seniors actively
  • Prioritize and organize work effectively
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers over calls for collection and invoice following-up

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 months of prior internship experience in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales
  • Experience and knowledge of B2B SaaS-based industries
  • Ability to dedicate 9 hours a day for 6 days a week
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Familiarity with various tools and data collection methods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer relationship management
