Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily & weekly reporting activities
- Write & create customized emails proficiently
- Ensure cross-team functionality
- Handle data collection, sorting, and checking efficiently
- Create meeting minutes accurately
- Regularly follow up with clients over calls
- Follow instructions from seniors actively
- Prioritize and organize work effectively
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers over calls for collection and invoice following-up
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 months of prior internship experience in sales/business development/client relations/post-sales
- Experience and knowledge of B2B SaaS-based industries
- Ability to dedicate 9 hours a day for 6 days a week
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Familiarity with various tools and data collection methods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer relationship management
