ERP Specialist for Sales and Distribution

The ERP specialist plays a pivotal role in leading and supporting activities focused on sales and distribution during organizational transitions. Key Responsibilities include Transition Planning, Execution, Configuration, Support, Integration, Data Migration, Documentation, Testing, Compliance, and Reporting.

  • Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
  • Handle intercompany transactions, returns, and transfer orders.

Integration with Finance modules and third-party systems is essential for seamless data exchange.

  • Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.
  • Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials.
  • Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical skills in ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with data migration, testing, and implementation of new processes.
