Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and data analysis.
  • Lead and contribute to analytical research reports, policy papers, and articles.
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources.
  • Oversee projects and discussions, including planning, coordination responsibilities.
  • Establish a network of industry participants and collaborate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Search for and review published literature on a research topic.
  • Supervise personnel on research-related tasks.
  • Assist with manuscript or grant development.
  • Prepare reports or presentations.
  • Organize events, seminars, and workshops.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • PhD in the given domain is an advantage.
  • 13+ years of work experience.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, NVivo, etc.) and research software.
  • Ability to work/lead as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple research projects.
  • Strong relationship skills and team ethics.
  • Authored scholarly research publications and/or op-eds during the last five years.
  • Ability to adapt to new environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
