Job Title: Cloud Operations EngineerWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cloud-based services.

 Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage complex cloud-based information system components in a secure and controlled manner.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address product issues successfully.
  • Build, scale, and manage complex multi-product/service environments.
  • Create lean, automated, scalable support structures versus labor-intensive environments.
  • Lead teams in resolving difficult customer situations.
Requirements:
  • Experience in implementing, managing, maintaining, and decommissioning complex cloud-based information system components.
  • Strong understanding of how to build, scale, and manage complex multi-product/service environments.
  • Building lean, automated, scalable support structures versus labor-intensive environments.
  • Strong innovation mindset, analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit a practical customer service attitude.

  • Change, Problem & Incident Management.
  • Implementation awareness of Vulnerability/Penetration Testing, Security.
