  • Manage and lead high-performing delivery teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

As a Delivery Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and managing delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and manage expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Proven experience in delivery leadership roles, with a strong track record of managing high-performing teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for customer meetings and engagements.
  • Candidate must possess around 15 years of progressive experience in Delivery Leadership roles for Software development and Salesforce Management Programs.
  • Should have proven delivery leadership for a multi-customer portfolio with mix of T&M, fixed price etc.
  • Ability and willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
