Job Title: Marketplace Manager Quick-commerce

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 3 to 5 years of managing q-commerce sales

Educational: BTech/BCom/MBA/ other bachelor's/master's degree

Preferred Background: Candidates from reputed/pedigree institutes

About the role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
  • Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends.
  • Lead team for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.
  • Manage relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.
  • Work with operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work with management & seniors to forecast future performance and data oriented skills.
  • Handle Key Accounts Management, Category and Catalogue management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Interest and willingness to work with beauty and personal care sector
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders and handle Inventory management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels
