Senior Finance Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Finance Director to spearhead our financial operations. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving strong financial controls and processes in line with US and India regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing tax reporting, treasury functions, including cash flow management, and banking relationships. Additionally, they will assist the founder in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning, as well as provide financial and investor reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably with CA/CPA qualifications.
  • Experience working in a startup is highly advantageous.
  • Prior experience with SaaS models and dealing with clients in the US is ideal.
  • A big 4 background is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and build things from the ground up.
