Senior Financial Director Job

The role requires a strategic leader to oversee finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation in all financial processes.

About the Position:
  • Develop and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
  • Design, review, and maintain the organization's chart of accounts, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic financial insights and support enterprise objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in banking or financial institutions, with expertise in core banking platforms and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with exceptional ability to lead large teams and drive change.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and RBI guidelines.
